I don't think you should be able to drive people with disabilities because multiple people have commented on your driving skills. Which I don't blame them, I for one have been riding your bus for a little over 6 years which was mostly swimming.
On top, of my stressful Senior year you started to pick me up (for reasons) which effected my school morning. When they say 7:15 that is when you are able to pick me up you should be some what on time. What you don't understand is the precious time that I need to have before school. I was in the hospital program, which I need to put my bag in my locker and then go check in with my special education teacher to have attendance done for the morning.
The next thing is that you don't let people who are nonverbal express themselves. Yes they can get very loud in the van/bus but you don't have to have a quite vehicle!
